Drive the circuits About the simulator

Casualkarting.com is blurring the line between casual gaming and commercial games. Casualkarting.com began as an idea to teach children the basics of karting by simulation before letting them loose on the track. With advances in technology, it is evolving from not only being a teaching tool, but into a community based race simulator. The circuits available in the simulator are based on real life circuits within the South East Asia region. New circuits will be added at regular intervals to provide an opportunity for familiarisation, and new challenges for the casual gamer.

Please take the opportunity to register your driver name, this lets us track your best lap times and achievements and ensures you appear on our global lap chart and leaderboards. You can register whilst in the simulator.

I do hope that you enjoy the simulator either for fun or for practice.

You can drive the circuits using the keyboard or a joystick or even with a USB steering wheel if you have one. Remember that karts don't have a reverse gear. If you become trapped on a kerb or in the tyre barrier, press 'F" for a gentle tug backwards.

The key to getting a good lap time is smoothness and carrying momentum into the corners. Keep the revs up!

Try to turn the steering as little as possible. Karts have up to a 45 degree steering angle, use too much steering and your lap time will suffer due to excessive steering scrubbing off speed in the corners.

Don't spin it.
